Psychopaths by any other name

Some psychopaths claim to be killing for their religion. That doesn’t make it so. No matter what banner they wave, psychopaths who kill others are just plain murderers. Had terrorists not recruited them they would have killed people anyway because that’s how they get their kicks. They’re serial killers. They will kill men, women and children because that’s what makes them feel good. Forget this religion nonsense. They just want to kill people.

Psychopaths around the world are being sought out by terrorist groups to do their killing. How sweet it must be for these nut jobs. They can get $25,000 to help them kill people. In my opinion, they’re not true Muslims; they’re just psychos.

There are psychopaths who kill people under the guise of Christianity, Islam and many other religions. So-called Christians who blow up women’s health clinics and kill doctors are just nuts, that’s all. God doesn’t support their actions.

What angers me is that not enough Muslims openly and vociferously condemn terrorists groups such as ISIS and the acts of murder they sponsor. Instead, they are taking to the streets in the tens of thousands to condemn free speech and praise Osama bin Laden. Where are the peaceful Muslims actor Ben Affleck talks about? Why aren’t they marching in the streets in protest of terrorists who sponsor and commit murder? The only so-called moderate Muslim I heard talk about the murders in France suggested the best way to stop the killing was to not say anything negative about Muhammad. Nonsense. I’ll be damned if freedom of speech, even if it may be in bad taste, has to be sacrificed to appease terrorists in the Middle East, North Korea or anywhere on earth.

I also disagree with the Pope on this issue. He suggested that free speech should not include poking fun at a religion. What would be wrong for someone to suggest that it is ludicrous to suggest that a male and female of all the species of animals on earth could not fit in an ark, no matter how big? Certainly when a religion or religious leaders dabble in politics they should be fair game.

You have to want freedom badly to tolerate free speech which ridicules your religious leaders. Some religious fanatics and Evangelicals in this country don’t think much of free speech when they are made fun of, but they haven’t resorted to killing the cartoonists and writers or comedians who do so. It’s just a matter of time before some psychopath uses that as an excuse to kill people.

This country is not the champion of free speech it claims to be. Some at the University of California at Berkeley wanted to keep Bill Maher from speaking at their commencement because of his view that most Muslims seem to support terrorists. Remember when the Dixie Chicks were boycotted because they dared say something against President George W. Bush? The left wanted to boycott Chick-fil-A because of the owner’s comments about homosexuals. Years ago we were asked to boycott Jane Fonda movies. I hate boycotts.

It wasn’t that long ago when innocent black men were lynched for simply speaking to white women or speaking out against slavery. Children were put to death if they got caught reading a book. People were murdered for

simply registering minorities to vote. Martin Luther King was jailed many times for speaking the truth. That’s only a few examples of the intolerance in this country for free speech.

It seems to me that if Americans go to the Middle East and fight for the Taliban, ISIS, or any known terrorists group with which we are clearly at war, they should be prosecuted for treason if and when they return to this country

Just imagine the problem France, Germany, and the UK are having with more than 100,000 immigrants from the Middle East, many unemployed, angry and frustrated. They escaped poverty in their own country and are now angry because they are among the have-nots in Europe. Many of them are terrorists who are now murdering the countrymen of their adopted countries supposedly because free Europeans won’t embrace the terrorist’s fanaticism. They claim they are murdering the French for poking fun at their religious leader. These psychopaths willingly accept money from terrorists to do their bidding because killing people is what they like to do

Just imagine if the immigrants in America were of the same mind as the Middle Eastern immigrants flooding into Europe. Support for our European allies and our resolve to capture murderous psychopaths must be unwavering.
