Business briefly: Realtor Tim Bloom joins RCM Realty Group

Tim Bloom, an active member of the commercial real estate industry since 1982, recently joined the team at RCM Realty Group.

Bloom has been primarily focused on investment brokerage with an emphasis on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties including office, industrial, medical and self storage facilities, completing in excess of $65 million in transactions. He has also been involved in multiple residential transactions and is looking forward to making residential brokerage an emphasis in his association with RCM Realty Group.

For more than 25 years Bloom was associated with Grubb and Ellis Commercial and Re/Max Gold Commercial where he gained knowledge and experience in mortgage, title procedures, negotiations, insurance, finance and general contracting. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento.
