‘Flashbacks’ expected during Carson follies

If you are looking for some family fun to do that also supports the senior citizens of Carson City then you want to attend this year’s Senior Follies production titled “Flashbacks!” Ticket prices for this two-hour musical comedy variety show are only $10 per person for ages 5 and up. All proceeds from ticket sales go to the Carson City Senior Meal Programs.

This annual production is one of the Carson City Senior Center’s largest fundraiser for the Senior Meal Programs which serves more than 90,000 meals a year to the growing senior population in Carson City. This is your opportunity to come out and support a much needed program while enjoying great live entertainment from some of Carson City’s wonderfully talented seniors in the air conditioned comfort of the Bob Boldrick Theater. You can also enter a raffle being held during the performances for more than 50 great prizes donated by the area’s generous businesses. All proceeds from the raffle ticket sales go to the Senior Meal Programs.

You only have three chances to catch this heartwarming, bone tickling show at the Carson City Community Center, Bob Boldrick Theater located at 851 E. William Street in Carson City. Performances are at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday with one matinee performance at 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets can be purchased in advance Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carson City Senior Center located at 901 Beverly Drive.
