William Ferris, Jr. of Wellington Nevada passed away Friday February 27, 2015 at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born June 3, 1935 in Oakland California. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sharon Ferris, his sister Lynnea Bell, sons: Anthony Ferris, Nicholas Ferris, Jimmie McCurry, Timothy McCurry, daughters: Theresa Block, Angelique Ellison, Robin Sims, 14 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Lois Ferris, his brother Barry Ferris, and his son John Ferris. Funeral services will be held at St. Gall Catholic Church 1343 Centerville Ln, Gardnerville Nevada Saturday March 14, 2015 at 12:00pm with reception immediately following then the private burial.
