Natalie Feemster, a native of North Texas, has been promoted to agent at AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah’s Carson City branch.

Feemster has been a licensed associate for several years. In her new role, she will provide auto, home, umbrella, rental property, specialty and renters insurance to Nevada and California residents.

Local agent qualifies for Million Dollar Roundtable membership

Michael W. Adams, a life insurance specialist for AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah, has qualified for membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) for 2014.

MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.

Adams started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1986. He has been helping Northern Nevadans with their life insurance and annuity needs with AAA since 2011.

Carson business acquired by Allstate

Allstate Insurance Company announced its new ownership of Sierra West Insurance in Carson City, which is independently owned and operated by Brock Nyborg.

The agency sells auto, property, commercial and life insurance, as well as an array of financial services. Agency staff members Denice Buonamici and Patti Dacus are available to help customers choose the coverage that best meets their needs.

Allstate, which is planning to expand in Nevada, plans to appoint 140 new agents this year, 20 of which will be agency owners. The remaining 120 will be licensed sales producers.
