Wayne Harvey Diestler

Wayne Harvey Diestler, born February 16th, 1932 in Hortonville, Wisconsin to Leonard and Florence Diestler passed away on October 9th, 2015. Wayne lived in Hortonville, WI until he joined the Navy. Wayne married Marilyn (Toone) Wood on July 23rd 1983. Wayne and Marilyn moved to Dayton, Nevada in 2003 and recently moved to Idaho. Wayne is survived by his wife Marilyn, step-daughters Lori Hardin (Mike) of Napa, California & Sharon Borer (Tom) of Sierra Vista, AZ, several nieces, nephews grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a brother Dusty (Carol) of Hortonville, Wisconsin. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Francis (Nellie), sister Ruth (Milton) and a niece, DeLaine. Wayne was laid to rest in the VA Cemetery in Boise, Idaho with Military Honors on Friday, October 16th. Please make any donations to Veterans guest house in Reno, Nevada. www.veteransguesthouse.org.
