The following cases have been heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court.

A trial has been set for Jan. 4-8 for David Bell, aka Allen Davidson. According to court records, the defendant used two different names when separately booked on a multitude of counts.

The first case involving the defendant charges him with nine counts: Burglary, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, receiving property or services obtained by unlawful use of a credit or debit card, unauthorized signing of a credit or debit card with the intent to defraud, burglary, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, receiving property or services obtained by unlawful use of a credit or debit card, unauthorized signing of a credit or debit card with the intent to defraud and a habitual criminal with two prior felonies.

According to court records, the defendant used another person’s debit card to charge food items at two separate Fallon restaurants on July 23 and July 26.

Court documents show the defendant has been convicted of two prior felonies of resisting an executive officer and vandalism/arson with damage over $400.

The habitual criminal charges also apply to the other cases pending against the defendant.

In the second case, Bell/Davidson faces five counts of burglary, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, receiving property or services obtained by unlawful use of a credit or debit card, unauthorized signing of a credit or debit card with the intent to defraud and being a habitual criminal.

According to court documents, the defendant used another person’s debit card to obtain lodging at a Fallon motel on July 25.

The third case against Bell/Davidson involves five counts of burglary, unauthorized signing of a credit or debit card with the intent to defraud, unauthorized signing of a credit or debit card with the intent to defraud (third count), fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and being a habitual criminal.

The defendant used a debit card belonging to another person to charge food at two restaurants on or about July 4 and July 6.

Sentencing for Travis Tegan Steve has been postponed for one week.

Samantha Dawn Conway received probation for five years for home invasion. She originally faced 19-48 months in prison. She will be required to attend the Drug Diversion program.

Sentencing for Brian Keith Forest has been delayed to Dec. 8 pending the pre-sentencing investigation (PSI).

David Michael Billips was placed on five years probation for failure to pay child support and must undergo a substance abuse program.
