The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court. WEDNESDAY
At 8:30 a.m., a 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violating suspended sentence conditions and trespassing at a College Parkway apartment complex for making contact with his ex-girlfriend despite a no contact order. He was held in lieu of $1,150 bail.
At 5:28 p.m., a 41-year-old homeless woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after she was detained by security at Smith’s for allegedly attempting to shoplift several small items. Bail was set at $250.
At 10:35 p.m., a 25-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation charge after Lyon County deputies turned him over to Carson City Jail. Bail was set at $3,000.
THURSDAY
At 1:05 a.m., a 35-year-old Stagecoach woman was arrested on suspicion of drug charges after deputies were called to a report of a petit larceny at Smith’s. She was held in lieu of $1,850 on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and petit larceny.
At 12:20 a.m., three people were arrested on suspicion of drug charges following a traffic stop for an illegal left turn. Kenneth Waters, 61, of Santa Rosa, Timothy Long, 26, of Fernley, and Angela Seaberry, 24, of Fernley were all charged with felony possession of heroin as well as possession of paraphernalia including needles, a spoon and tooter straws. Waters was also held on two warrants issued in Reno and Douglas, and Long held on a parole and probation warrant. Waters was held in lieu of $1,711 bail and Seaberry in lieu of $3,500 bail. Long was held without bail.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
