Villa Basque Deli, 730 Basque Way, 99 points. Vents, stove tops and packaging equipment needed to be cleaned.
China East, 1810 Highway 50 E., 97 points. The cutting board needed to be replaced. The wall behind the stove top needed to be cleaned, as well as the bottom of the freezers.
Kim Lee’s Sushi & Teriyaki, sushi bar, 319 N. Carson St., 97 points. A handwashing sink was missing soap.
Subway, 100 W. Winnie Lane, 97 points. Food temperatures were not being checked. Hot food on warmers needed to be checked and stirred. Ice was stored on the ground. A vent and some ceiling areas needed to be cleaned.
Thai Thai, 1300 S. Stewart St., 97 points. Cooking equipment needed to be cleaned.
Francisco’s, restaurant, 1200 Stewart St., 96 points. Meat was stored above produce. Biofilm was found in an ice machine.
Raley’s, deli, 3701 S. Carson St., 96 points. Bird feces and feathers were found in the spare kitchen.
Centro Market, deli, 2794 E. Highway 50, 95 points. Food temperatures were not being checked.
Kim Lee’s Sushi & Teriyaki, main kitchen, 319 N. Carson St., 95 points. Salmon skin, found at 59 degrees, was stacked higher than the metal container in which it was placed.
Centro Market, meat, 2794 E. Highway 50, 94 points. A staff member was observed using unsanitary gloves to handle raw meat. All food in coolers were not properly labeled and dated.
Bamboo Garden, restaurant, 3735 S. Carson St., 93 points. Meat was stored improperly in the walk-in cooler. The bottom of the freezer, kitchen equipment, doors and the soda dispenser were dirty.
