Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on parole violation, domestic violence

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

THURSDAY

At 2:12 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near Roop Street and Randall Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 2:42 p.m., an 18-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, expired registration, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and disobedience to traffic device after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Rand and Long Streets. Bail was set at $1,265.

At 3:21 p.m., Stefan Houser, 23, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole violation and domestic battery near the 800 block of Armstrong Lane. Bail was set at $3,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
