Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for April 7. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Economy Wash ‘N’ Dry, 207 Hot Springs Road, scored 100 points.

Jackpot Crossing Casino, beverage center bar, 1897 N. Edmonds Drive, scored 100 points.

Ormsby Club, 600 S. Curry St., scored 100 points.

Rand Ave. Convenience Store, 1800 E. Highway 50, Suite 14, scored 100 points.

Y-Not Saloon, 152 E. Long St., scored 100 points.

Bamboo Gardens, 4250 Cochise St., scored 99 points. Foods were not properly labeled or dated.

Pho Country, 2495 N. Carson St., scored 99 points. A greasy lid and trash was found in the parking area.

The Tap Shack, 112 Rice St., scored 99 points. Sanitizer test strips were not on hand.

Fairview Food Mart, 1501 Fairview Drive, Suite 4, scored 98 points. The ice, soda and coffee machines needed to be cleaned.

Old Globe Saloon, 407 N. Curry St., scored 98 points. Food contact surfaces of the ice machine were not clean.

Taco Bell, 3117 E. Highway 50, scored 97 points. There was no certified food handler on site.

Domino’s Pizza, 3231 E. Highway 50, scored 96 points. The lids of the garbage storage containers were open. There was no certified food handler on site.

Las Marias Mexican Restaurant, 1939 N. Carson St., scored 96 points. All foods not in their original containers in the refrigerators and freezers were not properly labeled and dated. There were no disposable paper hand towels at the sink near the dishwasher, corrected on site.

Golden Gate Gas, 2651 E. Highway 50, scored 95 points. Hamburgers and other potentially hazardous foods were found out of date

Eagle Valley Market, 933 Woodside Drive, Suite 105, scored 94 points. Employees didn’t wash their hands thoroughly or as often as necessary to remove contamination. The handwashing sink was missing soap and paper towels, as was the bathroom sink. Ice was not labeled.

Jackpot Crossing Casino, first floor bar, 1897 N. Edmonds Drive, scored 94 points. The low-temperature dishwasher had no chlorine residual in the final rinse cycle. Biofilm was found inside the ice machine.

Viet Pho, 444 E. William St., Suite 6, scored 91 points. Eggs were improperly stored. There was no chlorine residual in a disinfectant bucket. The exhaust hood filters were dirty. There was no certified food handler on site, repeat violation.

El Aguila Real, 3220 E. Highway 50, Suite 6, scored 90 points. Perishable hot foods were at an improper temperature. Staff members didn’t know proper cooking temperatures.
