Learn about job openings in law enforcement and correctional nursing at a job fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 in the gymnasium of Stewart Indian School, 5500 Snyder Ave., Carson City.
Local and state agencies to be on hand include: Nevada Department of Corrections; Department of Public Safety; sheriff’s offices from Carson City and Douglas, Washoe, Lyon, Storey and Mineral counties; and police departments from Reno, Sparks and Yerington.
The event also will offer food trucks and Indian tacos for sale.
