Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Salmon, wild rice, broccoli with cheese sauce and blushed pears.

TUESDAY: Clam chowder, half of a turkey sandwich, house salad and fresh fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Chef salad with ham and turkey and American cheese, cottage cheese and fruit, cranberry juice and French bread.

THURSDAY: Breakfast bake with bacon and sausage, fresh fruit, raspberry Danish and three bean salad.

FRIDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, steamed cauliflower, house salad, whole wheat bread, margarine and peaches.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fruit, low-sodium whole wheat crackers and milk.

TUESDAY: Cranberry Dijon chicken, rice, carrots, whole wheat bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks, apple crisp and milk.

THURSDAY: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, hash browns, apples, V8 and orange juice.

FRIDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread, pears and Jell-O.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California blend vegetables, whole wheat bread and orange wedges.

TUESDAY: Combination pizza, spring mix salad, grapes and frosted brownies.

WEDNESDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, strawberry spinach salad, Prince William vegetables, dinner rolls, applesauce and cookies.

THURSDAY: Tomato soup, holiday subs with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, baby carrots and fresh bananas.

FRIDAY: Breaded pollack, romaine, Swiss cheese, cashews, red onions, mango dressing, rice pilaf, Key Largo vegetables and lemon bars.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Hot beef sandwiches, whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, baked apples and orange juice.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joes on whole wheat buns, carrots, baked beans and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken enchilada casserole, refried beans, cauliflower, green salad, dressing and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing and ambrosia.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, toast, margarine and peaches.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Sicilian chicken soup, grilled cheese sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Apricot honey chicken, rice, salad and green beans.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch beans, corn and pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Seafood chowder, egg salad sandwiches and vanilla yogurt with raspberries.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken and broccoli, rice, beet salad, apricot bran muffins and fruit.

TUESDAY: Stuffed peppers, spinach egg noodles, salad, garlic bread and pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Hungarian goulash, spinach noodles, peas and carrots, salad, whole wheat bread and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Baked Cajun cod, cream style corn, potatoes, fresh spinach, grain bread, spice cake and apples.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30 a.m.: Apricot halves, egg and sausage bake, biscuits and gravy and pastries.
