National’s Cafe, 1701 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.
U.S. Submarine Base, 1894 E. Highway 50, Suite 10, scored 99 points. Floors needed to be cleaned.
Carson Nugget, main kitchen, 507 N. Carson St., scored 95 points. The can opener and ice machine needed to be cleaned. A self-closing device was missing on the employee bathroom door. The employee hand towel dispenser was not properly dispensing towels.
National’s Cafe, 1701 N. Carson St., scored 91 points. Some foods were not properly labeled and dated. Sushi rice was being stored at an incorrect temperature. Employees were not wearing gloves while preparing sushi. Garbage storage container lids were open. The barrel used to store grease waste was dirty.
Carson Nugget, Alattee Coffee & Wine Bar, 507 N. Carson St., scored 90 points. The employee hand wash sink was not easily accessible, corrected on site. Disposable paper hand towels were missing at the employee hand wash sink. There was no certified food handler on site.
