Capital Nevada Toastmasters is holding its weekly meeting from 12:05 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Grandma Hattie’s Restaurant, 2811 S. Carson St., Carson City.
Speaking this week are Russ Steele, Jeni Chavez and Maureen Hopkins. Attendees will hear a joke by Tammy Lancaster and learn the “word of the day” from Carmela Porcella.
The meeting is in the restaurant’s back room. Attendees can enter through the south side entrance.
