Coral Elaine Pedlar

Coral Elaine Pedlar passed away in Carson City, Nevada on January 7, 2016 at the age of 68 with her husband, and daughter, sister and brother-in-law at her side. Coral was born March 13, 1947 in Seattle, Washington to Doug and Velma Evans. The majority of her family moved, settling in Carson City, Nevada with their mother. It was here that Coral met Frank Pedlar and they were married in 1968. Together they had a daughter, Cristee Linn who was born the next year. They lived and raised their daughter primarily in Gardnerville, Nevada until the last twenty some years of her life, when Coral and husband Frank moved to Silver City, where he was raised. It was here that they made their new home.

Coral is survived by her husband, Frank, daughter, Cristee Linn Davis, grandchildren Crystal Catherine Davis and Grant Monroe Davis. She is also Survived by a sister Sharon Newman, and three brothers Lee Evans, Mark Evans, Jim Evans and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great, great nieces and nephews. The Celebration of Life Services will be at a later date in Silver City and posted at the local U.S. Post Office there. FitzHenry’s Funeral Home is trusted with arrangements.
