Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Jan. 12. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Cactus Jack’s Senator Club, bar and lounge, 420 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Dairy Queen, 3198 E. Highway 50, 100 points.

El Pollo Loco, 1923 E. Highway 50, 100 points.

Gold Dust West, Express Snack Bar, 2171 E. Highway 50, 100 points.

Mystique Restaurant & Lounge, 318 N. Carson St., 100 points.

Save Mart Supermarkets, bakery, 4348 S. Carson St., 100 points.

Save Mart Supermarkets, deli, 4348 S. Carson St., 100 points.

Save Mart Supermarkets, grocery, 4348 S. Carson St., 99 points. The material that made up the restroom floors was not easily cleanable.

Kei Sushi, 3220 E. Highway 50, Suite 4, 96 points. There was no sanitizer available during the final rinse cycle of the dishwasher, corrected on site.

Mustang Sallie’s Deuce’s Grill, 420 N. Carson St., 96 points. Eggs were stored above prepared foods, corrected on site.

S&S Brunchette, 2460 Fairview Drive, 96 points. There were no disposable paper towels at an employee hand wash sink, and a garbage storage container lid was open.

Trader Joe’s, 3790 Highway 395, Suite 401, 95 points. Test strips and a stem thermometer were missing. The food sampling area was missing a sanitizer spray bottle and a wiping cloth storage bucket, corrected on site. A certified food handler was not on site.

Subway, 3709 Highway 395, Suite 409, 93 points. There was buildup inside the cabinet under the customer soda dispenser. Mold was found on soda hoses. The ice machine above the customer soda dispenser was dirty. Floor sinks needed to be cleaned. A certified food handler was not on duty.
