The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court.

Jordan Anthony Lopez was returned from the Regimental Discipline Program due to not having a pre-sentence investigation forwarded to the program. He will return to court in two weeks.

Troy Williams Enloe is required to have a mental competency evaluation, and a review will occur in four weeks.

Joseph Anthony Baltazar is scheduled to have a competency evaluation to gain admission into Lake’s Crossing. The case will be reviewed in one week.

Rebecca Lynn Brandi Vanmeter is scheduled to have a competency evaluation to gain admission into Lake’s Crossing. The case will be reviewed in one week.

Larissa Eve Peterson has pleaded guilty of battery by a prisoner in lawful custody or confinement. On Dec. 3, 2015, she kicked a Fallon police officer. She faces a prison sentence of one to six years. Sentencing is set for April.

Chelsie Nicole Galdarisi pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card or debit card. On May 26, 2015, she used another person’s credit card without her consent to purchase items at Walgreens. She faces one to four years in prison and a fine not to exceed $5,000. Sentencing is set for February.

Courtney Lynn Martin has pleaded guilty to battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm. On Sept. 8, 2015, she stabbed her husband three times causing serious injuries. She faces two to 15 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000. Bail remains at $250,000, cash only. According to Martin’s public defender, Peter Smith, her husband would like to see her return home to help with the care of their 11-month old child.

Ronald Michael Harrell pleaded guilty to failure to stop on signal of a peace officer. On Dec. 30, 2015, he failed to stop for a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper and caused damage to the property of another and endangered others upon the highway. He faces a sentence of one to six years in prison and a fine not to exceed $5,000. Sentencing will be in April.

Robert Lynn Richmond pleaded guilty to attempt to commit the crime of buying, possessing or withholding stolen property of value of $3,500 or more. On Sept.29, 2015, he attempted to posses a stolen Trimble model GEO XT Geoexplorist tool and a Dewalt 20V Maxx grease gun. He faces two to 15 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.

Dillon Ron Marsh had his 364-day jail sentence suspended in order to attend a residential treatment program. He had pleaded guilty to one charge of abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child not causing substantial bodily or mental harm. According to court documents, Marsh placed a child in his car, drove the car while intoxicated and struck a telephone pole and traveled through a fence, therefore placing the minor child in a situation in which they could suffer physical pain.

Sentencing has been delayed two weeks for Justin John Daniels due to information either be amended or dismissed.

He previously pleaded guilty to burglary, burglary (auto), grand larceny of motor vehicle (under $3,500), and possession of burglary tools. Sentencing is in February.

Sentencing has been continued for Jeremiah Israel Weik. He had pleaded guilty for being under the influence of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.He faces a one-to-four prison sentence and a fine not to exceed $4,000.

Jordan Albert Mauwee did not complete a substance abuse program offered by the Salvation Army. The court will see if he can be readmitted.

Dylan Cole Chastain pleaded guilty to one count of attempt to commit battery by a prisoner in lawful custody or confinement. On May 11, 2015, he attempted to punch another man while in lawful confinement. He faces one to five years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.

Dylan Cole Chastain pleaded not guilty to one count of attempt to commit battery by a prisoner in lawful custody or confinement . On June 24, 2015, he punched another individual while in lawful confinement.

Luis Henrique Rosas pleaded no contest to one count of attempt to commit manufacture, importation, possession or use of a dangerous weapon or silencer. The defendant attempted to conceal a gun in his waistband without a permit to carry a concealed weapon. He was sentenced to a gross misdemeanor. A 270-day jail sentence was suspended, and he was placed on three years probation and fined $1,000. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation.

Christopher Lee Jenkins had his one to three year prison sentence suspended and was placed on probation for three years. He had pleaded guilty to attempt to commit burglary. His public defender said Jenkins had done well with his treatment.

The court is reviewing a presentence interview report before continuing with the sentencing of Justin Robert Hatch. He had left the area but was arrested in Louisiana in December on a bench warrant. Hatch had been charged with driving under the influence, a third offense.

Michelle Nicole Davis was sentenced to prison for 14-48 months for unlawful use of a controlled substance. Court records show Davis never appeared in drug court.
