COUNTY COMMISSION

The Churchill County Commission meets at 1:15 p.m. today at 155 N. Taylor St., in the commission chambers.

The meeting was scheduled a week earlier from the original July 20 date.

Commissioners will take up consideration and possible action regarding the following:

Update of current activities, plans or actions related to the Carson City District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), including a presentation on Wilderness and management of wilderness areas,

Bill 2016-B, Ordinance 7, an ordinance amending the provisions of Title 3 of the Churchill County Code regarding information technology and related matters.

Grant Agreement with the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, Grants Management Unit, for the provision of Family Resource activities under Social Services.

Agreement with the State of Nevada, Housing Division, for Tenant Based Rental Assistance Funding to support homeless programming.

Agreement with the State of Nevada, Housing Division, for Tenant Based Rental Assistance Funding to for HUD Supportive Housing Program Match.

Interstate Interlocal Contract between Churchill County and the State of Nevada, Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Environmental Health Section, for Fiscal Year 2017 and Fiscal Year 2018.

Intrastate Interlocal Contract with the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, Welfare and Supportive Services,for the provision of an Energy Assistance Intake Site,

Review and Approval of the Churchill County Debt Management Policy.
