Deana Hoover is offering a class about the art of communicating with animal and spirit guides from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Aug. 12 at Comma Coffee, 312 S. Carson St.
According to Hoover, animal guides can be lifelong guides, or they might appear for a moment in time as we need them. Everyone has them, along with guides in many other forms, Hoover said.
The class will cover how to recognize when your guides are with you and how to understand the messages they give you.
