Street closures to affect Carson City 3rd & Curry St. Farmer’s Market

Curry Street from Fourth Street to Second Street will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 30 for the dedication of the Bob McFadden Plaza.

The handicapped parking for the 3rd & Curry St. Farmer’s Market will be on Nevada Street and in the parking lot directly south of the market. The bounce house and Sparkie the Clown will be across the street.

Free chocolate milk donated by Sand Hill Dairy also will be served in the Plaza, where Will and Sherrie Rose will be performing on the new stage. Bring you own chairs and enjoy all the festivities.
