Law enforcement is looking for a minimum security inmate who walked away from the Humboldt Conservation Camp northeast of Lovelock.

The man was last seen at a convenience store off Grove Street in Reno Sunday shortly after noon. It appears he shaved his head to change his appearance.

James Westbrook, 23, is 6’2” tall with hazel eyes, brown hair and the word “Jay” tattooed on his right forearm.

Westbrook was serving time for burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicco Donavan Way, 25, also walked away with Westbrook, but he was captured Monday after being found sleeping near a business. He has been moved to Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
