Carson City Sheriff’s Office looking for runaway

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating a runaway juvenile.

Jonathan Ortiz, 14, was reported as a runaway on Feb. 21 and was believed to be staying with friends in the Carson City area.

Ortiz is 5-foot 4-inches and weighs around 110 pounds.
