Fernley woman advances in writing contest
Fernley’s Kate Julicher is the published finalist in the 32nd annual Writers of the Future contest, an international writing competition that’s judged by some of the premier names in speculative fiction.
Julicher was chosen from this year’s group of finalists to have her short story published in the annual best seller, L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume 32. She will be flown to Hollywood for a week long intensive professional workshop, and she will be honored at an awards gala.
