Capital Nevada Toastmasters to meet Tuesday, March 22 in Carson City

Capital Nevada Toastmasters is holding its International Speech Competition from 12:05 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 22 at Carson City Grandma Hattie’s, 2811 S. Carson St.

Chairing the meeting is Gretchen Godfrey. Contestants will have a chance to speak for 5-7 minutes on topics of their choice. Competing will be Russ Steele and Frank Taylor. Chief Judge will be Tiffany Hornsby. Visitors are always welcome and can compete if they have completed six speeches in their Competent Communicator manual. Lunch service is offered. The meeting room is in the back of the restaurant; attendees can enter through the south side entrance.
