The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

FRIDAY
At 10 a.m., Shane Prouty, 39, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of felony grand larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man taking nearly 4000 grams of gold near the 1800 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $25,000.
At 12:52 p.m., Shannon Castor, 31, a transient was arrested on suspicion of a felony failure to appear warrant, a 45-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of a failure to appear warrant and a 23-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1200 block of Woodside Drive. No bail was set for Castor. Bail for the man was set at $1,000 and bail for the woman was set at $500.
At 2:44 p.m., a 35-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of a failure to appear warrant after deputies responded to reports of a crash near College Parkway. Bail was set at $526.
At 5:15 p.m., a 56-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of traffic warrants after deputies responded to reports of a man soliciting homes near Tonka and Ginger. Bail was set at $1,360.
At 9:07 p.m., a 32-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of hit and run after deputies responded to reports of an accident near Carson and Long streets. Bail was set at $500.
At 11:23 p.m., Myra Robertson, 42, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony probation after deputies conducted a parole and probation check. At the same incident, a 20-year-old Dayton woman was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail for Robertson was set and bail for the 20-year-old was set at $1,500.
SATURDAY
At 2:33 a.m., a 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies responded to reports of an accident near Woodside and Desatoya drives. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 3:09 p.m., Ryan Riggs, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation violation after deputies conducted a compliance check near the 2000 block of Lone Mountain. No bail was set.
At 4:20 p.m., a 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, violation of bail conditions and criminal contempt after deputies responded to reports of a man taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $3,750.
At 9:37 p.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a consensual stop near Carson and Bath streets. Bail was set at $357.
SUNDAY
At 1:53 a.m., a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of assault on a peace officer, obstructing an officer with violence and intoxicated pedestrian after deputies conducted a stop near Roop and Hot Springs Road. At the same incident, a 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of minor consuming and intoxicated pedestrian. When deputies stopped the two, the men attempted to surround and fight deputies. Bail for the 24-year-old was set at $3,525 and bail for the 20-year-old was set at $175.
At 5:04 a.m., a 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and minor in consumption after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Northridge Drive and Lompa Lane. Bail was set at $1,150.
At 5:40 a.m., a 27-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, failure to maintain a lane and suspended license after deputies responded to reports of an accident near Stewart and John streets. Bail was set at $1,550.
At 11:39 a.m., a 26-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, use of a cell phone while driving and open container after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 1800 block of Carson Street. Bail was set at $2,150.
At 5:11 p.m., a 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, violation of a suspended sentence and failure to appear after deputies responded to reports of a woman taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $3,750.
At 5:34 p.m., a 54-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of basic speed 1-10 over, revoked registration and no proof of insurance after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 2800 block of Saliman Road. Bail was set at $1,195.
At 6:14 p.m., David Salazar, 44, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, domestic battery-second offense, attempted escape by a prisoner, battery, two counts of failure to appear and two counts of violation of a suspended sentence after deputies initiated a warrant service. Bail was set at $48,115.
At 9:28 p.m., a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on probation violation and resisting arrest after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted, intoxicated subject at the Carson-Tahoe Regional Medical Center. Bail was set at $3,250.
At 9:31 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court and possession of marijuana warrant after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute near College Parkway. Bail was set at $3,140.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
