The Carson Area Chapter 388 of the Vietnam Veterans of America invites all Vietnam veterans and the general public to this year’s Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Ceremony at 5 p.m. April 2 at the Nevada Vietnam War Memorial in Mills Park.
The 30-minute ceremony will honor those who came home after serving in the Vietnam War as well as those who served but never made it home.
The ceremony will be followed by a no-host reception from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Gold Dust West Hotel and Casino, 2171 E. William St.
