Thanks, merci, gracias, salamat po
It doesn’t matter what language you say “thank you” in, it means the same to everyone. Here at CAPS we sincerely thank everyone who made Bark in the Park a success. It was a rainy day, but the enthusiasm displayed by our participants made the damp evaporate in a sense of common good. Yes, everyone wants our no-kill shelter to prosper and thrive.
We also want to thank everyone who came to the 5K Strut Your Mutt, bought raffle tickets and patronized our vendors. The following lists are the heroes that make CAPS happen.

WHO’S WHO AT CAPS?
Our community is Who’s Who this week. Please take time to read the list of businesses and individuals who helped make Bark in the Park an awesome event. When you need supplies or services, please patronize out local merchants who support our community.
WHO’S NEW AT THE CAPS’ ZOO?
Kiki is an incredibly beautiful DSH Russian blue mix. She is 15 years old, declawed and extremely loving. Her family had to leave because of medical reasons and could not keep her. She is lovely and looking for the right person who will enjoy her company. If you would like a mellow, sweet senior cat to keep you company come and meet Kiki. She’s the cat’s meow.
CAPS NEWS AND EVENTS
CAPS will be at Walmart tomorrow along with adorable Ki at our Kissin’ Booth. There may also be a “mystery” kisser. Please come by and give our boys a big hug and kiss. We have hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, and t-shirts from Bark in the Park so please check them out before or after greeting our canine volunteers.
Flower Tree Nursery is again raffling a 15-gallon tree of your choice. The drawing date is June 15, and the winner doesn’t have to be present to win. Raffle tickets are available at Flower Tree, and they are $1 for one ticket and $5 for six tickets.
We need dog food! Please help us out. You can drop if off at CAPS or call me at 775-423-1814 and I will pick it up.
