The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
FRIDAY
At 1:30 p.m., Matthew Marizza, 22, of Dayton, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony burglary, felony obtaining money under false pretenses, conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of stolen property after deputies responded to reports of a residential burglary near the 1200 block of Lindsay Lane on May 20. Marizza was arrested by Lyon County deputies and transported to Carson. Bail was set at $63,500.
At 2:38 p.m., Tammera Meinen, 20, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony embezzlement and felony multiple transactions involving fraud/deceit after deputies responded to reports of a woman voiding transactions and keeping the money at the Highway 50 Goodwill. Bail was set at $40,000.
At 3:13 p.m., a 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of a domestic battery warrant after deputies responded to reports of a civil dispute near the 1700 block of Brown Street. Bail was set at $5,000.
At 6:58 p.m., a 54-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man taking alcohol from the William Street Smith’s. Bail was set at $250.
At 10:48 p.m., a 54-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of civil protective custody after deputies responded to reports of an unconscious man on the sidewalk near Plaza and Ann Street. No bail was set.
At 11:08 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and violation of alternative sentencing conditions after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Kings Canyon and Thames. Bail was set at $1,600.
At 11:44 p.m., a 24-year-old Mound House woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of probation after deputies saw a woman sleeping in her vehicle at the William Street Mills Park. Bail was set at $3,000.
SATURDAY
At 2:14 a.m., a 22-year-old Mound House man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense, no valid driver’s license and failure to maintain lane after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Fairview Drive. Bail was set at $2,640.
At 8:06 a.m., a 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court warrant after deputies initiated a consensual stop near Winnie Lane and Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 10:56 a.m., a 20-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a woman taking alcohol and infant clothing from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $250.
At 2:29 p.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, trespassing and violation of pre-trial supervision after deputies responded to reports of a couple taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $3,400.
At 2:39 p.m., a 67-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protective court order near the 400 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 3:20 p.m. a 30-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a consensual stop at Chiminey Beach in Lake Tahoe. Bail was set at $405.
At 4:39 p.m., Rex Warren, 34, a transient was arrested on suspicion of felony NCJIS detainer warrant after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic dispute near the 2700 block of Poole Way. No bail was set.
At 5:02 p.m., a 20-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of a failure to appear warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1900 block of G Street. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 11:27 p.m., a 38-year-old transient woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence warrant after deputies conducted a consensual stop near Monte Rosa and Desatoya drives. Bail was set at $3,000.
SUNDAY
At 3:14 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 1800 block of Fall Street.
At 5:29 a.m., a 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of a petit larceny warrant after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic dispute near the 2000 block of College Parkway. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 7:19 a.m., Christopher Reese, 23, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony preventing victim from reporting a crime and domestic battery near Condor Circle. Bail was set at $8,000.
At 8:31 a.m., a 26-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear warrant and expired registration after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Stewart and 7th streets. Bail was set at $200.
At 10:17 a.m., a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny and violation of a suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of a man taking clothes from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $1,250.
At 10:27 a.m., a 40-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies responded to reports of an injury accident near Deer Run Road and Sheep Drive. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 1:59 p.m., a 57-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of battery after deputies responded to reports of a man squeezing another man’s head near the Stewart Street Nugget Inn. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 6:32 p.m., a 51-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated man sleeping in front of the S. Carson Street AM/PM gas station. Bail was set at $150.
At 9:10 p.m., a 61-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense after deputies responded to reports of a crash near College Parkway and Dale Drive. Bail was set at $2,500.
MONDAY
At 12:28 a.m., a 56-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies initiated a traffic stop near 5th Street and Lompa Ranch Road. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 5:05 p.m., a 63-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of battery after deputies responded to reports of a woman chocking and hitting her grandson near the 1000 block of 5th Street. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 6:07 p.m., a 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property and domestic battery after deputies responded to reports of a man throwing rocks at windows near Marlette Street. Bail was set at $3,500.
At 7:10 p.m., a 57-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear warrant after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated man who hit a parked car with a bicycle. Bail was set at $740.
TUESDAY
At 1:20 a.m., Ryan Moffett, 31, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony attempted burglary warrant after deputies initiated a consensual stop near the S. Carson Street Kohl’s. Bail was set at $10,000.
At 1:46 a.m., Stephanie Funderburk, 20, of Silver Springs, was arrested on suspicion of felony failure to appear warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Northridge Drive and Roop Street. Bail was set at $10,000.
