If there is other writing or marking, it will invalidate your ballot. Then fold your ballot before leaving the booth, see that the number is on the outside and then deliver your ballot, folded — with the stamp, ink and ink-pad to the Inspector and give your name.

Comstock revival: Virginia City locals would like to see the town with more 19th century touches — such as Victorian gaslights, a no power poles and utility wires, the return of the International Hotel and “C” Street without cars parked on both sides of the street.
