Margaret M. Gardner

Margaret M Gardner (83), passed away peacefully October 24, 2016. Margaret was born June 24, 1933, raised in Fort Benton, Montana.

She worked in Fort Benton at the court house, where she later met her husband Douglas Gardner, married June 1956.

In the 1960’s they moved to Reno with their 6 children. Margaret worked in gaming and was an office manager for Devine Moving Services for many years. She was cared for by her son Brent in Reno, and decided to reside in Fallon 3 years ago to be closer to family. Margaret was loved by many and will be missed.

Preceded in death by her husband Douglas, son, Bart Gardner and daughter Eva Gardner.

She is survived by sisters Helen Stovall and Jean Buckman, daughter Zatha (Ike) Andaya, daughter Neva Clopp, son Brian (Kellie) Gardner, son Brent Gardner. Margaret enjoyed all her grandchildren Lacey Andaya, Lane Gardner, Lindie Gardner, Lyle Gardner, and David Clopp. The grandchildren loved visiting with their great-grandmother; Lilianna Andaya Hernandez, Tyleigh Gardner, Stockton Gardner, and Avery Gardner.

At Margaret’s request there will be no services held.
