The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.

Joseph Cooper pleaded guilty to charges of possession or use of a dangerous weapon. According to court documents, he was pulled over and police found he had brass knuckles in his pocket. Sentencing was scheduled in December.

Robin Johnson pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine. The defense requested he be placed in the drug divergent program; Deputy District Attorney Chelsea Sanford noted Johnson had a failed past with the drug court though. Stockard held the proceedings while an evaluation and investigation is conducted into whether the defendant qualifies for the program.

Scott Moretto pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy with another person to sell a controlled substance. Court documents state that he was found to be conspiring with an unnamed individual to sell methamphetamine. Sentencing was set for late January.

Kali White, formerly Duscheck, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine. She was placed on probation, not to exceed three years, and ordered to attend the drug divergent program. Additional charges of possessing a credit or debit card without consent and attempting to commit fraudulent use of a credit or debit card were dropped.

Troy Enloe was sentenced to 12 to 36 months in prison for possession of a stolen vehicle. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation and given 267 days credit for time served.

A bench warrant without bail was issued for Ryan Richter after he failed to arrive in court for sentencing.
