St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School is hosting its annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.
The 5K and 8K run and Kids Gobble Wobble one-mile fun run start in front of the Governor’s Mansion on Mountain Street. The 8K starts at 8:30 with the 5K following at 8:35 and the children’s Gobble Wobble at 9:30 a.m.
A portion of the proceeds from registration fees will go to Friends In Service Helping. Additionally, nonperishable foods and children’s winter clothing will be collected.
