Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of felony car burglary

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY:

At 6:58 a.m., Hugo Ramirez, 20, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony vehicle burglary after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person near California and Colorado streets. Bail was set at $20,000.

At 8:13 a.m., Garett Chambers, 39, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, DUI-drugs, failure to use signal after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Fairview Drive and I-580. Bail was set at $6,025.

At 11:22 a.m., Ronald Vickney, 60, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property after deputies responded to reports of trespassing near the 300 block of Burton Street. Bail was set at $7,500.

At 3:58 p.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of warrants after deputies conducted a search for a runaway teen near the 1700 block of Russell Way. At the same incident, a 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for the 21-year-old was set at $2,740 and bail for the 30-year-old was set at $2,600.

At 4:31 p.m., Kristense Moore, 23, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary after deputies responded to reports of a woman taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $2,500.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
