High Sierra Swing Dance Club is changing its west coast swing weekly dance venue from El Charro Avitia to the Eleventh Frame Lounge inside the Carson Lanes Family Fun Center.
The club cites the Eleventh Frame Lounge’s dance floor, plentiful parking, multiple restaurants, bar and other amenities as reasons for the change.
The first event at the new venue will be on Aug. 7. A lesson for beginners will be at 5:30 and an intermediate lesson will follow at 6:30 p.m.
Free open dancing to DJ music will be from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
Carson Lanes is at 4600 Snyder Ave.
