Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California veggies, whole wheat bread, margarine and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak over egg noodles, orange spinach salad, bread sticks and apples.

WEDNESDAY: Cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce, Italian vegetables, garlic bread sticks, pears and whipped pineapple cups.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork on a bun, baked beans, macaroni salad, glazed carrots and mixed berry cups.

FRIDAY: Ham with pineapple, sweet potatoes, zucchini, peaches and brownies.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Turkey bean soup, tuna stuffed tomatoes, apricot bran muffins, peach butter and fresh Mandarin oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes, onion roasted potatoes, baby carrots, celery sticks, yogurt dip and baked bananas.

THURSDAY: Ham and Swiss on whole wheat bread, carrots, potato wedges and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Honey mustard chicken, scalloped potatoes, peas, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cookies.


Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, summer fruit bowls, mashed potatoes and gravy, whole kernel corn, biscuits and cookies.

TUESDAY: Beef stroganoff and noodles, baked butternut squash, orange spinach salad, fresh plums, whole wheat rolls and apple butter.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, three-bean salad and pineapple upside down cake.

THURSDAY: Chicken and rice, mixed vegetables, spinach salad, apple, cranberry and pear crisp and bread and apple butter.

FRIDAY: Fish fillet sandwiches, lettuce and tomato, fruit, pasta salad, tartar sauce, orange guava juice and lemon pudding.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Honey pecan pork chops, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Salmon with avocado butter, lime cilantro rice, salad and corn.

FRIDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, spinach, coleslaw and tapioca pudding.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Shredded beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, grain bread, apple butter and bananas.

THURSDAY: Hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, beans, salad and ice cream.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Stuffed bell peppers, egg noodles, salad, garlic bread and pudding.
