The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.
The proceedings in Natalie Suzanne Chapman’s case were tabled until late March while they work out the best sentencing. Chapman is being sentenced on charges of burglary. Her family recently moved to Montana and there are questions about doing probation out of state.
Scott Harrison Moretto was placed on probation and ordered to attend the drug court program. He was sentenced for charges of conspiracy to commit a crime under the uniform controlled substances act.
Proceedings for Nicholle Danielle Cottrell were continued for four weeks. She tested positive on mandatory drug tests since being evaluated for probation and Judge Stockard wanted to see if anything was changed as a result.
Rebekah L. Rodriguez was released from probation after successfully completing the court’s DUI programs.
Tracy James Lund pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a debit or credit card. He will be sentenced in April.
