David Bruketta, utility manager, gave an update Thursday to the Board of Supervisors on the $30 million Water Resource Recover Facility project, which is a year ahead of schedule and should be completed by year end.
Also on Thursday, Carson City Government sent out a time-lapse video on Twitter showing the construction progress of the Water Resource Recovery Facility Phase 1A upgrades.
The next phase, costing about $9.7 million, will be brought to the board next month for approval to issue a request for proposal.
