The Silver Oak Senior Men’s Golf Club is teeing up for this year’s golf season.
The club, which plays Tuesday mornings from April through October, is open to golfers 55 and older and all handicap levels.
The shotgun-start tournaments include weekly games and closest-to-the-pin contests. Three travel days are scheduled this season at courses in Northern Nevada and California.
Coffee and donuts will be served at 8 on opening day, April 4, when the tee-off time will be at 8:30 a.m.
Dues are $75 which include membership and handicap posting in Northern Nevada Golf Association’s GHIN service. Members also are offered reduced green fees through the year at Silver Oak Golf Course.
