Sunset Rotary of Carson City meets weekly, seeks new members

The Carson City Sunset Rotary Club meets weekly to visit, enjoy dinner and talk about its community service projects.

Meetings are at 6 p.m. Thursdays at Tito’s Mexican Restaurant, 444 E. William St., Suite 20.

Rotary, established in 1905, is dedicated to the eradication of polio, bringing clean water to impoverished communities, and several other activities to support its motto: “Service Above Self.”

The Sunset chapter of Carson City, established in 1994, is looking for new members.
