Entertainment planned at Carson Nugget

From live music and comedy to karaoke and drawings, the Carson Nugget is hosting a robust entertainment lineup through the month.

Fridays offer live music in The Loft from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and guitarists playing from 9 p.m. to midnight at Alatte Coffee and Wine Bar.

The casino’s live comedy venue offers shows at 8 p.m. Fridays — Dave Mencarelli will perform on July 7; John Hughes on July 14; Kabir Singh on July 21 and Marc Yaffee on July 28.

Saturdays offer karaoke in Alatte from 8 to 11 p.m. and live entertainment in The Loft from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

“Scoot Into Summer” drawings take place at 7 and 10 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. A scooter giveaway is held at the 10 p.m. drawing. Also, another drawing has been added at midnight on Saturdays.

Additionally, the casino books Carson Tahoe Tours, offering $20 bus rides to Tahoe for performances by Sammy Hagar, Lenny Kravitz, and Jack Johnson. Tickets are at the casino’s guest service center. Saturday tours to South Shore are available starting at $49.99.

Food specials include steak and lobster for $19.99 on Fridays at Angelina’s Italian Steakhouse. The restaurant offers short ribs for $14.99 on Saturdays and lasagna for $9.99 on Sundays.
