Steven Price Brandon of Carson City was welcomed home to be with the Lord on July 11, 2017, in Morehead City, North Carolina.

He was born in Lynchburg, Virginia on January 7, 1958, to Horace Wayne and Virginia Brandon.

He worked as a facility manager for the General Services Administration and Federal Department of Transportation for twenty years before moving to the private sector, where he worked for numerous companies in the energy industry.

During his time in public service, he also owned and operated an HVAC business. He obtained his Master Mechanical Contractor licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. He moved to Carson City with his family in 1998 for work and has called it home ever since.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his wife Christine; son Justin; daughter Kelly; and his aunt Carolyn Graves, who was a second mother to him. Also, by his sister Pamela (Mark); brother Russell (Karen); nephew James (Nicole); and by numerous in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins whom he loved dearly.

He was passionate about gardening and growing tomatoes in Nevada no matter the weather. He was an inventor and could fix anything. Steve treated those he loved as family and would do anything for them. He was known for his ability

to bring a smile to those he knew in any circumstance. His sense of humor and skillful wit will be sorely missed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley, 28 Enterprise Way, Dayton, NV.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Steve’s honor to the Calvary Chapel Building Fund at 28 Enterprise Way, Dayton, NV 89403.
