An update on the sale of the Ormsby House scheduled for this week’s Board of Supervisors meeting has been bumped to the board’s March 16 meeting.

Kim Fiegehen, who represents Don Lehr and Al Fiegehen, the property’s owners, is unable to attend Thursday so the agenda item has been rescheduled.

In two weeks, the board will vote whether to continue an 18-month extension on the hotel’s building permit.

The permit was extended in September, 2016, with the conditions all exterior construction work be completed by Dec. 15, which city staff says has been met, and the board receive periodic updates on efforts to sell the downtown property.
