David Oscar Hoy, 62, of Lynwood, California, succumbed to pneumonia and was surrounded by his family on March 6th, 2017. He joined his parents, Jack and Alice Hoy and brother Jack Hoy of Lynwood, California. He would have been 63 on March 14th, 2017.
Dave is survived by his wife Pamela of 41 years; daughter Stacey; son-in law JJ; and grandsons Jameson and Jesse. He is also survived by niece, Tina; brother Steve; and many other extended friends and family.
Dave was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.
Dave enjoyed watching his LA Dodgers and LA Rams play. Back in the day, he loved playing softball with many friends in South Lake Tahoe, CA, where he wed his bride Pamela, and had his daughter Stacey. Dave enjoyed watching movies of all sorts, especially Star Wars with his two grandsons. Dave was also a huge fan of music and enjoyed playing the guitar. He went to heaven listening to Elvis and Jethro Tull.
