The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial Justice Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.

Carly Jeanne Bodenhamer pleaded guilty to attempted home invasion. She will be sentenced in July.

Christina Leann Allen pleaded guilty to conspiracy to use a credit card fraudulently. Sentencing will be held in three weeks.

A bench warrant was issued for George Dean Joyner after he failed to appear in court; he was being arraigned on charges of one count of nonsupport of spouse, former spouse or child

Andrew Jon McPherson pleaded not guilty to charges of assault with a deadly weapon and waived his right to a trial in a 60-day period. A jury trial was scheduled for three days in October.

The case against Agnes Gayle Gent was suspended and she was placed on probation not to exceed five years; she was also ordered to attend the DUI diversion program. She was charged with driving under the influence.

Jamera Legados Cortes was sentenced to 24 to 60 months in prison for trafficking a controlled substance. She received 175 days credit for time served.

Proceedings in the case against Sage Jeff Johnson were suspended and he was placed on probation, not to exceed five years, and ordered to attend the DUI diversion program. He was originally charged with driving under the influence for a third or subsequent offense.

Austin Lynn Barnhart was sentenced to 364 days in the county jail for statutory sexual seduction. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation not to exceed three years. He also received 20 days credit for time served.

A bench warrant was issued for Justin Lee Disney after he failed to appear in court. He was to appear for a status hearing on DUI charges.

Aaron Scott Ramsey pleaded guilty to one count of offer, attempt or commission of an unlawful act related to controlled substances on a second offense and one count of opening or maintaining a place to sell controlled substances. According to court testimony, he attempted to sell methamphetamine from a place he maintained for that purpose. Sentencing will take place in July.

Jeffrey Scott Kelsey was sentenced to 19 to 48 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation not to exceed five years. He also received 97 days credit for time served.

Caleb Michael Casey pleaded guilty to charges of trafficking a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 15 to 55 months in prison with a concurrent sentence of 12 to 32 months for a violation of probation.
