The Brewery Arts Center’s Celtic concert series wraps up this weekend with a trio of harpists.
Patrick Ball, Aryeh Frankfurter, and Lisa Lynne perform the Legends of the Celtic Harp, a mix of traditional and original harp music and storytelling.
Ball has toured throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland and has recorded nine instrumental and three spoken word albums which have sold more than a half million copies.
Frankfurter began learning classical violin at 3 years old and has taught himself to play a variety of string instruments, including the Swedish Nyckelharpa.
Lynne has recorded on the Windham Hill/Sony Music label and composed for films, including the PBS special, “Alone in the Wilderness.”
The three will perform May 13 at 7 p.m. in the BAC’s Maizie Harris Jesse Black Box Theater.
Tickets are $15, $12 for seniors/students, $10 for BAC members and $20 at the door.
Tickets can be purchased online at breweryarts.org or at the BAC’s offices, 449 W. King St.
