Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, fresh orange sections, whole wheat bread, unsalted margarine and cookies.

TUESDAY: Salmon, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple tidbits and whipped cherry fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Greek salmon with salami, feta, olives, chickpeas, Aegean dressing, pita bread, watermelon chunks and berries in a cloud.

THURSDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich halves, carrot salad, bananas in orange juice and pudding.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, assorted dressing, whole wheat bread, apple butter, fruit cups and pumpkin pie bake.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Sweet and sour pork, rice, broccoli, whole wheat rolls, margarine, Waldorf salad and peach crisp.

TUESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, fresh spinach salad, low-sodium Italian dressing, apricot bran muffins, peach butter and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, salad, low-fat and low-sodium dressing, garlic bread and oranges.

THURSDAY: Baked chicken, potato wedges, whole wheat rolls, margarine, peaches and angel food cake.

FRIDAY: Memorial Day barbecue: Grilled hamburgers, mixed grain buns, low-sodium ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato salad, baked beans, deviled eggs and grapefruit and orange sections.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken pasta, herbed vegetable medley, chopped fresh spinach, honey dressing, garlic bread, orange banana juice and spiced applesauce.

TUESDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, brussels sprouts, colorful salad and French tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Baked macaroni and cheese, fish sticks, tartar sauce, marinated tomato salad, peas and carrots, cranberry juice and pineapple upside down cake.

THURSDAY: Grilled Arcadian chicken, lettuce, strawberries, feta, red onion, pecans, dried cranberries, poppy seed dressing, bread sticks and chocolate eclairs.

FRIDAY: Western bacon cheeseburgers with barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, watermelon, macaroni salad, fruit punch and banana ice cream royal.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu casserole, green beans, salad and fruit.

FRIDAY: BLTs, pasta salad, sliced tomatoes and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken cacciatore, polenta, peas and carrots, salad, pears and garlic bread.

TUESDAY: Barbecue ribs, macaroni salad, beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic biscuits and oranges.

THURSDAY: Chicken pot pies, salad, corn bread and pudding.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Egg casserole, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, pastries and fruit.
