Wormer’s stereoscopticon: An exhibition will be held at the Theater. The views, will evolve on canvas and have all the beauty and truthfulness which the art of photography alone can secure. They will include scenery from Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada and California — none others are more interesting, picturesque and wonderful.

Fred Rickey: Fred Rickey was a well thought of young man, a clerk in Kitzmeyers drug store. He robbed the till in the drug store of about $100 and since then nothing has been heard of him. He is nineteen — a resident of Carson for a couple years. Since he turned up missing it has been found that he has been gambling more or less, and his losses amounting to a considerable amount. He became desperate and was even heard to say he would kill himself if he was unable to make good the money he had taken.
