Nearly 50 positions are open with the Carson City School District, which is holding a job fair to fill them from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, inside Carson High School, south Senator Square, 1111 N. Saliman Road.
The district is looking to hire bus drivers, cooks/bakers, para professionals (instructional assistants, classroom aides, ESL assistants) custodians, substitutes, teachers and more.
Parking will be available in the south parking lot. Candidates are encouraged to enter the school through the south gate and south doors. Positions are open immediately and include entry level, part-time and full-time.
Entry is free, and registration isn’t required. It’s recommended that job seekers dress professionally and bring extra copies of their resume.
