The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.

Daniel Joe Juarez pleaded guilty to assault on an officer, provider of health care, school employee, taxicab driver, transit operator or sports official. The proceedings were suspended and he was placed on probation for three years.

A bench warrant was issued for Darren Neil Albury after he failed to appear in court for arraignment. He was appearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Proceedings for Jeffrey Allen Clements were continued three weeks while the defense applies for a diversion program. He was scheduled to be sentenced on charges of unlawful use or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Verlyn Jerry Tom graduated from the DUI diversion program. He was originally sentenced for driving under the influence, a second offense.

Proceedings against Arianna Catherine Wick were suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She was being sentenced on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime under the uniform controlled substances act.
